Student Fundraisers

(part-time student employment)

Looking for a job that is challenging and rewarding at the same time? As a student fundraiser you will serve as an OSU ambassador to alumni and friends while helping raise much-need support for scholarships, faculty recruitment, and so much more!

You will be joining a group of students who helped raise more than $820,000 for OSU during the 2009 fiscal year. And, you will get paid to talk with alumni, parents and friends with updates about campus and ask them to make financial contributions to OSU. Top callers earn special incentives after each shift.

Student fundraisers are required to work at least three shifts, at three-hours each, per week, but you are welcome to work more if desired!

Basic Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Reliable
  • Responsible
  • Self-motivated

Hours:

  • Monday 6:00-9:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday 6:00-9:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday 6:00-9:00 p.m.
  • Thursday 5:00-8:00 p.m.
  • Sunday 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
  • Sunday 3:00-6:00 p.m.
