Thank you for making Destination OSU 2008 a success! More than 200 alumni and friends gathered in the California desert for two picture perfect days March 3 and 4 to celebrate Oregon State University.
Highlights included golf at the Desert Willow Golf Resort and presentations by OSU faculty on social entrepreneurship and Linus Pauling's legacy. Guests also enjoyed an OSU Alumni Association reception at the Palm Springs Art Museum. The heartwarming Awards Banquet on March 4 honored four outstanding OSU volunteers:
- Martin Kelley, recipient of the Lifetime Trustee Award
- Pete Johnson, recipient of the Dan Poling Service Award
- Al and Pat Reser, recipients of the Martin Chaves Lifetime Achievement Award.
Congratulations to each one.
