OSU Athletics is a gateway for 500 student-athletes. Playing for Oregon State gives them a chance to compete in a top conference, achieve a college degree, launch a career, and engage in a lifelong pursuit of learning.
Gifts secured through the campaign will build on the championship tradition at Oregon State University, helping transform talented young adults into future leaders.

Beaver Athletic Student Fund, the lifeblood of OSU Athletics, to provide annual resources for scholarships, academic support services, leadership programs and other projects that give 500 student-athletes the resources they need to learn, train, and compete. |

Gill Coliseum improvements to renovate and expand an iconic OSU athletic building. Improvements include new facades, remodeled hallways and stairwells, an elevator, and replacement of exterior doors and windows. Sports Performance Center Second Phase to provide much-needed practice space for men's and women's basketball and volleyball, easing chronic overbooking of Gill Coliseum. Student Success Center to bolster the classroom success of student-athletes and at-risk students in the general student population |

Highlights
The OSU baseball team won the College World Series in both 2006 and 2007, making Oregon State only the fifth university ever to repeat as national champs.
The OSU wrestling team won the Pac-10 championship in 2007 for the first time since 1994.
The OSU football team closed the 2006 season ranked No. 21 in the Associated Press Poll and No. 22 in the USA Today/Coaches Poll -- its highest rankings since 2000.
For the last three years, OSU has consistently had a 75% graduation success rate, the academic standard of the NCAA.
