Linus Pauling Science Center naming opportunities in support of the research and education programs in the new $62.5 million facility. The center will house leading OSU chemists and the Linus Pauling Institute. It will also provide educational space for students and researchers studying chemistry, biology, and the life sciences. |

The number of undergraduate chemistry majors has tripled in the last five years, defying national trends.
The college's conservation biology research has been ranked as the best of 315 such programs in North America.
OSU ranks sixth in the U.S. in the number of times its research in geosciences is cited in peer-reviewed articles.
